«Catskill Mountains»

We spent a great weekend in Catskill Mountains. On our way back we stopped by Ashokan Reservoir. It is the main source of drinking water for New York City. I took out all my gear and took a couple of photographs of the lake with Big Stopper. I also used my new 16-35mm lens at 16mm.

Soon after a police officer showed up and informed us that we’re not supposed to be here and that we’re trespassing. At first we thought that we are in big trouble, but he was in a generous mood. He issues use official warnings and let us go. I walked away with a couple of good photographs, even though it did cost us a bit of our nerves.
