Lazy Tuna Pie

Lazy Tuna PieHere is another very simple recipe, which produced pretty good results for the amount of effort invested.

For the dough you’ll need 2 eggs, 200 gr of sour cream, 150 gr of mayo, 5-6 tablespoons of flour, a pinch of sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda (mixed with a drop of white vinegar).

For the filling mix 1 can of solid white tuna (or any other canned fish), 1.5 chopped fried onions, 3 chopped pickles, 4 boiled and chopped eggs.

Pour half of the dough in the baking form, add the filling, pour the second half of the dough on top of the filling. Put the baking form in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes at 350F.
