Buring Crusade Has Started!

Up to My Ears in Burning CrusadeYesterday, my inner geekiness has suppressed whatever else “inners” I had. We went to a midnight release of Burning Crusade in Manhattan. Two out of 8 BestBuy stores doing a midnight release were located in Manhattan. We just went to the closest one. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, we got inside the store, where we waited for another 15 minutes and got our games. Wasn’t bad at all.

We bought 3 Limited Edition versions and 1 regular edition. The limited ones will go to Eldar, Maruk and myself. Alena didn’t think we need to spend another $30 more in order to get a 2nd LE edition for us. So the adventure begins! Again. teeth

Well, I can tell one thing. The game is male dominated! During that half an hour that we spent around geeky WoW fans I only saw 2 girls, both of whome were Asian. 8O Danya sad that I should have worn a short skirt to intimidate the crowd. mrgreen

it makes sense to buy multiple copies if you are going to eat some of them
