Jury Duty

Kings County Supreme Court. Cellphone photo.I got a notice in the mail a couple of weeks ago that I need to do my civic duty and serve on jury duty. So here I am. I’ve been here for 3 hours already and not much has happened. I don’t really know if I will get selected and how many days total it will take at this point.

I know that because of this our trip to Canada got canceled. I didn’t want to take a day off only to find out that I need to be in court on that date. And 3 days is really not enough for Read more…

Congrats on beating the system. It might have been a cool trial though, I’m thinking that a bunch of supermodels sue a sorority.
