Several days ago I was getting out of my car with my iPod in hand and I guess I wasn’t paying enough attention to it safety. It jumped out, slammed on the ground with all it’s got jumped up several more times performing triple flips and such until it finally came to rest. Yea man this was really good, I used a knife to get it open and luckly the hold switch icon came of..I guess I dropped it too many times

Managed to break the plug clasp while pinchin the ribbon back with a pair of tweezers, but its better to have the hold switch off and deal with it rather than have an unusable ipod!
And it did work when i held the ribbon in place! Thanks

What am amazing two-minute fix! My 5 year old and 2 year old can listen to their favorite song “Rock Lobster” again after a few days of listening to whatever the Ipod gods wanted them to listen to.
