What can I say? The series pictured many beautiful and unique scenes, and David Attenborough’s comments were often very helpful. But somehow I was expecting more from this very praised BBC series. I felt that more information could have been provided instead of somewhat emotional comments. I also think that in some places the movie was unnecessary extended by the repetition of the same (epic) shots.
The series are still definitely worth your while, even if you’re not a big fan of nature documentaries. (3)

I guess I’m “not a big fan of nature documentaries” type. And at times it was interesting to watch and at times I was bored and would leave.
I have the same complainants as Alena — often you would feel that they left the commentary unfinished and incomplete.
