«The Island»

This futuristic thriller was actually better than expected. There were some gaps in the story, and the story itself wasn’t too sophisticated, but overall the movie wasn’t as bad as some people said it would be. Some scenes looked almost like Matrix rip-off, but the main idea was quite different (and less surprising too). Overall — an OK movie. (3)

Like Alena said, the movie wasn’t bad, but it did have a bunch of holes in the plot. However I wasn’t bored watching it.
