This recipe I found yesterday on Kuking.net forums. Both Danya and I liked the result. Since we took some pictures, I decided to post the recipe here in case somebody would like to try it:
For the dough:
- 100 gm. sour cream
- 100 gm. butter milk
- 100 gm. any oil (I took extra virgin olive oil)
- 1 egg
- 1 table spoon of mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- pinch of sugar
- 10 gm. baking powder
- 2,5 glasses of flour
Mix all the ingredients except flour and baking powder. Then shift flour and baking powder in and make a dough. Cover with a towel and let it rest for about an hour.
For the filling:
- 250 gm. lean ground pork
- 250 gm. ground beef
- 3 medium size onions
- 1 potato
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml. broth or water
- pinch of ground coriander (I added about a teaspoon)
- 1 table spoon of starch
- 1 egg white
- salt, pepper
- handful of black olives
- 70 gm. of cheese (I added about a 110 gm. of Jack cheese)
Grate onions and a potato using a beet grater, add ground meat in. Add the rest of the ingredients except cheese and black olives, mix well.

Eto delo privychki.

Alena,
I was deliberating on what to cook last night and remembered that you tons of ideas on the site. And the prize goes to (drum role please ….) “Meat Pie”
I guess i jsut have to make more. Keep posting your new food idea. I look forward to them. Maybe one day Serezha mne tozhe zdelaet site so I can post mine as well.
It came out delicous. Everyone loved it. One little piece is left.

It’s very easy to set up your own blog. You can try blogger.com (owned by Google) and have your blog up and running in 10 minutes or less. That’s how we started out ours.
